Today I have a simple and easy smokey eye using the purple greasepaint stick from MAC Art Supplies Collection called Charred Mauve. It's a deep purple color with some hints of red undertones in it.
I actually wore another variation of this look out on Thrusday but the colors I used that night were much darker and the smokey-ness was more exaggerated for a night out. This combo I actually wore the next day out with my son at the mall to visit MAC To the Beach Collection at my MAC Counter.
I think this color combo is much more daytime appropriate!
Here are the products I used to achieve this look:
MAC Bare Study Paint Pot as base
MAC Greasepaint Stick in Charred Mauveas base
MAC e/s in Creme de Violet on lid
MAC e/s in Trax to blend out crease
MAC e/s in Brule as highlight
MAC e/s in Grand Enterance for inner tearduct
MAC Pearlglide Liner in Designer Purple for liner
Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Zero for tightline
Urban Decay Skyscraper Mascara
MAC Naked Lip Liner
MAC Blooming Lovely Lipstick
Makeup Forever Mat Velvet+ Foundation
MAC Studio Fix Powder
MAC Light Over Dark Minerlized Blush
MAC Brow Pencil in Spiked
For the night time look I used:
MAC e/s in Nocturnelle
MAC e/s in Satin Taupe
The rest of the products are all the same for the nighttime look!
