Hey Chicas! Today is Friday [Happy Friday! TGIF!] and that means it's time to let you in on what the nail polish of the week is! Yay!So this week I have been wearing another color from the Sephora By OPI collection and it is the latest color I bought called Leaf Him At The Altar!
This is such a hot color! It is a gorgeous metallic green, a mix between kelly green and forrest green with silvery undertones, and boy, does it sparkle in the sunlight! We all love sparkles, right?
Again, the formulation of this range of polish is amazing. I only had to use 2 coats to get this virbrant and opaque color pay off! It was super easy to work with and dried amazingly! And with my Seche Vite topcoat it's hasn't chipped all week! I'm very pleased!
Even though this polish is on the darker side and you wouldn't expect it to be worn in spring/summer, especailly looking at all the trends in pastel colored polishes that have recently hit the stores in collections, it's a great color to wear in spring/summer 2010 season! Green nails are in again this season, Chicas!
It's a great go to color for people who work in an office setting as well! It's subdude enough to wear to the office, yet, it makes a statement to co-workers that you are a little daring and frearrless when it comes to your manicures!
You'll get looks, but they'll be good looks! And people will be asking themselves, "I wonder where she got that nail color!? 'Cause she looks FAB-U-LOUS!" Haha ^_^
This color would be great for a night out with friends or a hot date nail color as well! This is such a versitle color because it could also be worn in fall/winter seasons too! Great Xmas color! Anyways...take a look at this polish! Isn't it dreamy!

This range of polishes can be found in Sephora Stores or online at Sephora.com
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oooh that really is pretty. I'd wear it in autumn, funnily enough.

That's a really pretty nail color. I like the silvery sparkle it has to it. I don't know if I'd wear it during summertime because it is pretty dark and I prefer bright/light colors. But as you mentioned it would be great for the christmas season.

@Chrissy
Yes I agree. I think what this polish was going for, is to become the new "Black". Everyone love "jades and greens" now and they've become a new staple in every polish collection like black was. I think it could be worn in the summer but as a nightime color more than a daytime color. I too prefer brighter colors in the summer myself so I can see your point! ^_^
